Ageing: 10 months in Oak barrels (70% French, 30% American)
Vine Age: 75 years old
Ruby red with a violet tinge. Youthful pronounced aromas of strawberry jam, spice, vanilla and toffee. Balanced and lush mouthfeel, smooth tannins and just the right amount of tension and vivacity. Delicious by itself and also recommended with Iberian ham, carpaccio, steak tartar or red meat. Also perfect with dark chocolate.
